Hey guys I'm Ewan and I'm 13 years of age. The yEsterday I was at a first aid course kind of thing and I randomly felth as if something was stuck in my throat... I went home and told my mom and she said it's probably just a sore throat but the next morning it was worse! The pain was intense and I could still feel something stuck. Also when I burp it hurts my chest a bit... I have been up all night searching and all I'm finding is people with the same problem what is it??? Please help I'm worried

Hi I'm a 15 year old female. Recently I've had this cough for a little over a week which I have caught from my friends at school. Today, I swallowed and felt almost some sort of lump? I can't really explain it. And if I breath in I get a tickle in my throat and I start coughing (but those are the normal symptoms). I'm mainly worried about the swallowing and feeling a lump on the left side of my throat. I'm assuming it potentially could be tonsilitis, but im not sure. Thanks.

hi there bro, i have the exact same problem now,, i keep looking at inside of my throat eevry day in a mirror,, and when i gulp my spit i hear th enormal gulping noise only on the right side,,on the right side i see my holes are bigger than on the left side,,and i also feel somethings stuck inside on the right side,,its been weeks! i had this problem a year back and its back again irritating me!!,,i quit smoking tobbacco been more than a week,,only smoke weedd, but the prolblem remains...the most irritating is i hear the gulp sound only on right side or it could be louder on the right side,,, i hope its just n infection,,and not a bigger problem,,any suggestions??

I also feel like theres something in my throat. Its so annoying. Im 15 it started around 10 hrs ago. At first I thought it was a peice of food, but my dad says its like an infection. I feel it when I swallow, though it doesnt hurt as bad as when I swallow food. After I swallow it feels as if it goes down the way its supposed to, but seconds later I feel it go back up which is very uncomfortable. The lump started more up at first, but has shifted down. I have tried swallowing a lot and I feel it go down further, but again it goes back up. I feel it move even if I dont swallow. Its also very hard uf not impossible to burp. I can let out little burps but even those are hard. If its a big burp then I feel the pressure of it trying to escape up but then it goes back down. I felt pressure in my chest earlier, when the lump was located more up. Does anyone have something like this.

I've had the same problem, what worked for me is salt, plain old Morton Salt, I started adding it to my salads or on fruit, sometimes I would put a little in my hand and eat that way. It worked, the feeling of needing to swallow is gone. And I no longer need to add salt to what I eat. Maybe it's the need for Iodine in the body, I'm not sure, all I know it worked for me.

I thought I was the only person that felt this.....I've had it going in for only 2 days Noe but I feel like I've tried so hard to get whatever it is out that obviously isn't gonna come out that I'm gonna go crazy! My allergies were acting up about 3 weeks ago. Then after the allergy problem I went to having a cough for the last two weeks with mucus coming up as well! Now that the coughing is gone it feels like some things stuck n my throat! I would really love to know what this is and how to get rid of it before I drive myself nuts!

I have this to but it feels like as I swallowi can feel my nerves move ! It is irritating and it also makes my body ache. It has been happening for a week now. I don't know what's wrog but I'm scared to go to the doctors. ! When I wake up in the morning I'm fine. Then I start swallowing and it feels like my nerves are pulling tighter. ! It hurts
