Hi, I have the same throat issue, clicking ssensation in throat when swallowing. Havent yet seen a doc. Ive had for ~6wks on and off, i think for me that it might be a throat infection, as it conincides with phlegm that i have difficulty coughing up. Hence i was somewhat reassured to hear that you had enlarged lymphoid tissue. What i find is that the clicking sensation is relieved when i swallow with my head tilted back like im staring upwards, or if i gently massage my throat, apply gentle pressure, when swallowing.

YES. I have the same thing. Mine hasn't been going on for that long, but a few weeks ago I had a really bad cold and the coughing was bad. And now I'm completely better but I feel like there's a lump in my throat! So wierd. It won't go away!
