That is actually very normal. Lots of women have little bumps around their breasts. Everyone's breasts are different so try not to worry unless you think it's fatal. Also, never ever try to pop them. It can cause damage
This is very normal as your breasts are forming up to their full shape. Your Mammary glands are growing to get to their actual size ans you enter womanhood.
Do not be alarmed and as you get older, keep us with the changes.

Higher Estrogen levels cause the tissue in the mammary glands to harden up and thicken as the body prepares for a pregnancy (wether or not you are pregnant, pregnant bigger boobs estrogen levels keep rising, not pregnan= period, estrogen levels decrease breasts go back to a more normal state of density and size).

-you will probably get very small bumps on your aeroela (the part around your nipple) accompanied with hair outside the aeroela
-lumps in the breast and soreness of the breast are normal, they will change with hormones and sometimes only one will hurt
-your period usually starts off being brown so don't freak out
-vaginal discharge is normal and also changes with hormones, during ovulation you discharge more and it is usually soupier and milky yellow in coloration
Lol don't worry, your mom is actually right! It's completely normal to have hard breasts at your age and even at 12 like me :p but you have to be patient for the hardness to go away. It could take up 4 years if you had them at the age of 11 but if your around ages 13 they should go away when you get your period. (P.s i haven't got mine yet nd I still have 3 yrs ._. )
