Have you gone a long time without eating when you get these symptoms around noon? It could be that you blood sugar levels are low and you need some food because you are running low on energy. It is a possiblity that you are diabetic. Does diabetes run in your family. See what happens if you eat a heart breakfast and follow that with a good lunch and see if that doesn't take care of some of the symptoms for you. Try some oatmeal and fruit and possibly an egg and have a large sandwich for with fruit for lunch and possibly a salad. You might consider taking a mutivitamin as well. You may have some vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
