like i said my girlfriend noticed i had a bunch or red spots all over my chest before sex and i just noticed them today when i got out of the shower. and i dont know what they are or why they show up or what i should do about them. any help would be awesome... thanks
Could be anything from a mild case of acne to a skin rash. Without seeing it, it's hard to tell.
Did this rash come up ONLY as you were about to have sex? If so, it could just be a sex blush or flush.
This is more common with women, but men can also experience a reddening of the chest temporarily as they get turned on or their sexual arousal climbs.
In that case, it will also subside.
