I went to the doctors yesterday. They gave me four shots; two in each arm. The next day (today), it started hurting really bad. I have aches, and my arms are sore. I looked up what I could do to make it stop hurting, and all it said was to rub it. I've tried, but like I said, it hurts. I can barely touch it. What else can I do? HELP!
The best thing to do would be to let it rest for a few days and dont put any pressure on it kr else it will get worse!
