This is something that you're going to have to take up with your doctor.
You can have kids just fine with one healthy testicle working. One can do the work of two testis and can grow bigger to do the work of 2 balls. The orchiopexy surgery sewed the surviving testicle to the sides of the inside of the scrotum to prevent the testicle from twisting and having testicular torsion again. Just be really careful to protect your one remaining testicle by wearing jock straps and hard nut protectors for all sports and be careful not to play too hard with your one nut in sex and be gentle with the sutures sewing your ball to your sack to not tear or pull on them.
