I only have my right ovary and tube and no uterus or cervix could I still have a tubal pregnancy?
You sound really smart. I did do some research though, and it has been Proven that you can get pregnant after a hysterectomy.
I'm 15 year old and april1 2017 I got a cramp in my under belly and a light colour period and haven't started my period yet HELP ME AM SCARED.
I had a partial three years ago and now I have been having a sharp pain in my right side and shoulder, neck, and back pain. My beasts have become hard just on the top. I have tried to research it but can't find anything out. Please help.
Hi did you ever found out if you are pregon?
Hi all. I had my uterus, cervix and both tubes removed june 6 of last year at age 37. My stomach was hard and i was hemorrhaging non stop. When i went to the er april 4. we found out i had a tumor in my uterus. I went to ob n was diagnosed w stage 3 cervical cancer. I went n got a 2nd opinion. Got same results. Found a cancer center 3 hours from me. Got records to them and apt on june 3. Scheduled surg fir the 6th. Only 3 days later. In only a month and 2 days from finding the tumor. My stomach had grown to the size of an 8 month pregnancy. My surgery was done robotically, laproscopically and removed vaginally. My ovaries i wss able to keep. But nothing else. I have never had a child. Never been prego.
My friend had a partial hysterectomy.... she had her uturus removed..... she still had both overies and she became pregnant with a tubal pregancy..... so yes it is possible to get pregnant with a partial hysterectomy.
Gallbladder. My daughter had same issue
I had a full hysterectomy and have been having pregnancy symptoms. Today I felt movement in my belly just like flutters when pregnant. I know I'm not crazy but still took a pregnancy test which was negative. Morning sickness, dizziness etc is happening now. I'm so very confused and worried. Could this be something else?
I would love to know as I as well have been feeling pressure and I am so scared to go to a doctor. Really don't want to look stupid.
Was u pregnant
same here in my case i have my uterus removed but falopian tube and ovaries still remaining
When a partial hysterectomy is completed, the uterus is removed. However, the ovaries and cervix are left behind. Because of this, it is still possible for an egg to become fertilized if a woman has unprotected sex. This can result in an ectopic pregnancy.
Since the uterus is not present, the fertilized egg will need to implant somewhere else. Usually, this means that the egg will implant in the fallopian tube, but it is also possible for it to implant on other organs of the body.
In order to remain healthy, it is important that an ectopic pregnancy is caught and treated early. If not, it is possible for the fallopian tube to rupture, which can lead to a great deal of internal bleeding. This is dangerous for the woman and can be life threatening.
When-a-partial-hysterectomy-is-completed-the-uterus-is-removedOne of the most common signs that a woman has an ectopic pregnancy is a great deal of pain in the abdomen. This pain usually starts on one side of the stomach. Bleeding is also possible when a woman has an ectopic pregnancy, which can lead to the woman feeling faint.
To treat an ectopic pregnancy, surgery will be needed. If you are experiencing these symptoms, it is best to go to the hospital immediately. This will allow for early diagnosis and treatment of an ectopic pregnancy.
