Hello, I'm Cathy. I rolled my truck 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have 5 broken ribs, broken sternum, and punctured lung. I'm not sure how far to push myself daily. I know there is not much I can do, but when is it safe enough to be able to move around more? I can feel the breaks when I move too much and I can deal with the pain I just don't want to be set back at all so I guess my question is how long does it take for the ribs and sternum to be healed enough so that they won't re-break or come apart from moving too much. Is yoga safe? I'm feeling quite useless right now cause I don't know how far I can go safely...
