hi, i have acouple of questions

i analy masterbait everyday, and i realize this is why i have the clear discharge

i just need to know if i should be worried..

i also havent pooped  right in two years...any time i need to poop i have to stick my fingers up there and fish it out myself

i also bleed alittle bit as well

please tell me if i should be worried or anything thing else you might find helpful to my problem

i have a shower head nossle that is detachable and i spray water in my butt everytime i take a shower (twice a day)

is that bad?
