I have a crush on this guy but we never talk.. We have no classes together nor does he even know my name or even who I am. I just see him around the halls and in the cafeteria. I know how can I like someone I don't know but every time I see him my heart stops. please help me how do I get him to notice me or talk to me??!

First list all thoughts why you like him? Is it the way he smiles? his walking style? Or the way he talks? What makes him atractive to you in a nut shell. Ponder these over and decide if you wish to have him as a friend/lover/acquaintance or just any notion you have.
Once sure that it is not infatuation, approach him directly. Talk about how beautiful the day is? and then take the conversation forward. This is one way of discovering whether he has similar interest in you. Well, needless to say - if the feeling is mutual - just say the golden words dear and he will be yours.
If he does not talk to you or shows an interest, be brave enough to accept a rejection.
