i have a left side varicole and im not sure if im gonna go through varicocelectomy...im scheduled for tomorrow..and im kinda afrain it might come back a year or two..maybe ill just cancel it..
this causing me a lot of pain..i duno wat to do..

if you're scheduled for tomorrow, you've already talked to the doctor and you're so close to relief of the pain, I'd continue on with your plan.
Otherwise, why would you call it off? Are you worried about undergoing the knife? They'll knock you out.
Worried that it will come back? Then you try another procedure.
Hopeful that your fertility will improve? You need to do something about that.
Don't let last minute jitters get to you.
But do tell the doc about your concerns before you go under.
