Hi i am 14 years old I have a little bit skin attached to outer skin , when I pull skin down from 1 side it gets down and from other it remains the same position. I think my puberty is not came because pimples are not on my face , my testicles also gets sometimes up and comes down again in some time , my pennis is also small, I think 3 to 4 cm
I have 3 questions
1 when I try to masterbate sperm does not come out , I think because of puberty not came sperm does not come out ??? help me with this problem.
2 is this normal of having 2 or 3 cm pennis at this age will it grow in this year ??
3 my testicles get up and come down to scrotal sacs if I take my breath in they go inside and if I realise they come out is this normal ???
