Ok hey im 15 and this is my problem... I found two fairly large bumps on my scrotum and they itch and sting a little and i need to no what they are. Because i've never had sex nor have i had oral sex so i no its not an STD.. But im really concerned about these " bumps " does anyone know what they are?? PLEASE HELP? :'( :'( :'( :'(
These could be just about anything, from an insect bite, to a reaction to laundry soap.
Without an inspection, I'd just be guessing.

I would say that it could also be an ingrown hair which causes issues like that. I think it's best to have i examined like Kirk C has recommended. Can you let us know what it turns out to be?

I overlooked an ingrown hair as a possibility.
I don't recall having two at once that itched and stung like that, but it could be.
