This may have started as a pimple but I have had it for months. It is dry and very difficult to pick and yet if I let it go a week nothing changes. could it be cancerous?

Is this patch more as a bump? I know that some people have problems with bumps under skin that form on tip of their nose and they just stay there and they don’t hurt. These tend to stay for a long period of time and nothing that you do will help. Have you tried to use some sort of topical creams to get rid of this patch? I wouldn’t suggest picking it because you can just get it infected that way. Your best option to remove it would be to see a dermatologist and discus possibility of laser surgery, because laser surgery will definitely remove your patch from your nose without any complications later in life.
