I have a birthmark on the top side of my penis just below where my foreskin would have been. It is about the size of a grain of rice but is super obvious to see even from a distance. It is embarrassing to have to explain to any partners that it is not an std but simply a birthmark. And I literally have to do it every. Single. Time. So if you think you have it bad. Just think of me. I have never had an std yet I have to explain myself on every sexual encounter.
My boyfriend has a birthmark on his penis and I honestly find it more interesting then gross, it didn't change our sex life at all after he pointed it out to me and we've been together almost seven months so, I wouldn't be too worried about it, most girls probably won't care it's there.

I just want to say,from a women’s perspective,there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed about. I get it though,most people with birthmarks in general are embarrassed by them. Why? Not sure because personally I think birthmarks represent beauty and uniqueness! It may very so bother you but I assure you that your sex partner most likely isn’t bothered by it. Quick question,would you look at a set of nice full breasts any differently if there were a visible birth/beauty mark tagging along? Would it bother you? Would you be turned off by it or maybe even turned on by it?
I have a Diamond shaped birthmark on lower abdomen, in perfect alignment with/at base of my penis (for real !!!).
I had bilateral inguinal hernia surgery at 6 months old. That left me with a surgical incision line on either side of Diamond shaped birthmark. The nurses & my mom threatened the surgeon with his life ! :):):) If he dare disturb this rare birthmark/location (I am now 55 years old). When I was young. Of course, I didn't know/understand what it was. My mom told me it was "Diamond Jim". The two incision scars resulting from hernia surgery were "Pointer Sisters". I never felt any embarrassment about it. Actually, I am quite proud of my unique birthmark.
As I got older, the ladies took a liking to it as well :):):) Hmm, Hmm !!!! It has won me a some $$$$ in "bar bets" as well. Thus, "Diamond Jim" has provided me with a lot of fun, $$$$ and good times. :):):) LMAO
