I have blister after a cat rubbed her face off of mine.

i went to a friends house and she had cats of there well none of her cats got shots or anything. well i was at her house and her cat came up to me rubbed its face in to mine and my nose started to itch that hole day and then when i woke up i got blisters all over my nose and it doesnt hurt its just nasty looking i have a lil rash on my nose around the blisters as well. Can any1 tell me what this is and what should i do about it my stupid boyfriend keeps telling me its nothing but what does he know . .. please help
