Hi im Caitlyn, Im a freshman in college. Im 5'4" and i weight 166 pounds. I know i am over weight and i have tried very hard to lose weight but nothing works. I have counted calories and done extreme work outs and nothing works. I really need something that works please help.
I am a 57 year old female. I found something that really worked for me last year. I started eating six times a day. Small meals and 3 healthy snacks (fruit or vegetables and nutri grain bars). I also walked 5 days a week 2-3 miles per day. I was completely shocked to see that this walking reshaped my whole body. The little bulge that stuck out at the top of my thighs is completely gone. The stomach is gone. I glide across a room now when I walk because my body is so happy. I drink 3 bottles of water a day also (I try to drink a bottle before each meal which makes me full before I eat! If I can do it at 57, I believe anyone can do it. Remember that vegetables are carbs and they are extremely filling. They sell fresh steam vege frozen packs in store. You just pop in microwave for 6 minutes and pour out 1/2 of bag and eat it. Mine was broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
