Recently, I have developed two trigger fingers.One on the right hand and the other on the left. I have applied some joint cream and had some supplements. But they only get worse. Even I went to see some Chinese doctor specialized on tendens and bones but still not helpful. Do anyone have any suggestion?
I went to see an orthopedic doctor and was given a shot of cortisone at each problem fingers. Now the fingers still lock sometimes but pain is gone. Obviously I see improvement. Doctor reminded me to check the result from three to six months. If they still hurt, shots will be given again and they will heal permanently.I am very happy that the trigger fingers are highly treatable.
