I have had a strange, rash on my upper legs since I was little. It doesn't itch or burn, but...

Here is my problem: For over 10 years now, I have had these strange, red-pink rash dots, ranging from a little below my knees to my waist. They don't ever hurt or itch at all. Once in a few months, one of the dots may get a little big and will need to be squeezed. I have attempted to use lotions, but none have been successful in getting rid of this rash. Though it is painless, it is very unappealing. Please, please, please help me!!
