It's unlikely that it is a "problem."
You don't masturbate so don't release semen. If you don't have sex (or masturbate) your body needs to eventually get rid of old sperm/semen. It can happen while you sleep or sometimes it'll happen just as you see.
You aren't complaining of anything to indicate an infection. A urinary tract infection or bladder infection usually would make you sick.
