I have the same problem but found out that it's to do with a gut flora/hormonal imbalance. Flora's in control of digestion, hormones etc. I highly recommend going to see a naturopath and getting thyroid and hormonal testing through their pathology as they have different ranges to both doctors and holistic doctors and can give you a natural long term solution. Conventional treatments will make the underlying invisible flora cause worse because long term medication etc. kills your gut flora. I can recommend seeing a holistic gp as well after naturopathic testing but just remember that their ranges are different and less reliable.

Okay you’re fourteen my dear, well 15 now. You have time, don’t complain !! Try being in your 29’s with no boobs, then you can complain. Having boobs is not what you should be worried of at this age!

It’s not bad. I’m thirteen and when I got fitted the lady told me I was a 30 D and when I told my friends, they didn’t believe me at all. They were like haha sure. They always say I have the smallest boobs. But don’t feel bad it’s not bad.

I have read some of the comments, I am 28 have had 8 kids and still have weight, but none of it is in my chest or butt, it is all in my face, stomach, back (not butt), hips, and arms. I have never gained boobs with any pregnancy or weight gain, I have been big my entire life it seems like, I maybe gained an inch in my boobs while pregnant but shortly after they went away, I just got right with God and can now accept what he gave me, and I would never do surgery, the risks far out weigh the reward, plus in ten years I found out you will have to get them redone, and pay thousands of dollars again, I know it stinks, but get right with God and ask for his help to accept you for you, I know I have, and sometimes I still want bigger bust for my husband but I know in the end we will all have new bodies anyways if we make it to heaven, if we make it to hell it really won't matter either we will just burn forever and ever and that will stink more! This probably won't help much, but I'm a man and my wonderful ex had a chest as flat as a man's. It didn't bother me at all. In fact, I kind of liked it, honestly. There are many men (and women) who will love you and desire you for what you are. I mean that.
I’m 21 and also have been flat chested since I was 12. I am a size A, but still wear pushups. All my bras aren’t push-ups. I could also suggest, if this is something you’re feeling very self conscious about then you can ge those strapless bras that’s you stick on and bring your boobs closer together with this string you pull up. I don’t remember what this bra is called but they’re very helpful. Trust me
