Hello guest.
If you've been diagnosed with a small ulcer, it could contribute to some of your symptoms. Follow your doctor's advice and take any prescribed medications to manage the ulcer.
If you suspect a mold allergy might be causing your symptoms, you should try to identify and eliminate potential sources of mold in your living environment. Proper ventilation, dehumidifiers, and regular cleaning can help.
Changing your diet can have a significant impact on your overall health. However, it's essential to maintain a balanced diet that provides all the necessary nutrients. Ensure you're staying well-hydrated, as this can help manage mucus production. Drinking plenty of water can help thin mucus, making it easier to clear.
Consider getting tested for allergies, including food allergies. Allergies can contribute to excessive mucus production and other respiratory symptoms.
Elevating your head while sleeping can help prevent mucus from pooling in your throat and sinuses. You can try using an extra pillow or a wedge pillow for this purpose.
