I have these small bumps on my penis head and they are thin and flimsy but only visible from a close up. They feel dry/ smooth and the are painless i am sexually active and I've only recrecievdieved anal do you guys know what this is? Please serious answers

Where are the spots on the head? Around the outer edge, the corona?
Look up pearly penile papules and fordyce spots.
They go from the edge of my penis till the top its just one straight line on my head. They are flesh colored/clear too
You're going to need to be seen by a doctor, preferably a urologist.
