I have some small pimples on my penis head and i am really scared some are staring to grow on penis skin but not that much what should i do? how can i make them go away? is it contagious?i am still a virgin please help i don't want my family to know but i really want the pimples to go away

Look up fordyce spots and pearly penile papules. Are those what you see? If so, they are NORMAL and not an infection or STD.
