I have had for the first Time in my life 2episodes of what I call Vertigo only happens when I am in bed this past Monday and Tuesday ..also some chills ...I being feeling fatigue and today I have heaviness the feeling of having knots in my arm below the elbow ..no chest pain ..no headaches. Anyone here has had this symptoms .....what's wrong with me?
I had vertigo a couple years ago and it feels like it is almost coming again once in a while.
Look up BPV (benign positional vertigo) and see if that is what you experienced.
I woke up one morning and when I sat up it hit me hard. The room was spinning and I couldn't orient on anything. It went away when I laid back down but would start up again if so much as turned my head to the side. I waited a few minutes and was able to get up but still had reminders of it trying to come back.
Since then the feelings of it trying to come back have lessened but I have learned how to control it too.
