i have the urge to pee all the time, but when I finally go to bathroom and I have a lot of pain

I feel  like  I need  to urinate  every  five  minutes  and  when  I get to  I get this painful  pain from  my Virginia  the  blood clots  Will  come  out before I urinate  please  help
