Hey, I have these twp side by side red bumps on my scrotum, I don't know if you could even call then red bumps, they have been here for about a week now, I have been using a cream for them I have one other, but I showed to the health clinic and they said it's like a pimple on the scrotum, but I did not notice this when I saw them, I came home and I saw it, they're like little red bumps right next to each other, they do not hurt when I touch them, they do not have any bleeding if I try to squeeze it. They are just there. I don't know what it is, could any of you guys help me and tell me what this could be?

Sounds like you have either some acne or overactive follicles – neither of these are dangerous, and they will probably go away on their own. It’s not a good idea to squeeze them or pick at them, because you could make the problem worse – squeezing them can lead to an infection, which can be painful and leave scars behind. Using acne creams or any type of cleanser on the scrotum is not recommended; it’s best to just let the problem clear up on its own. Keep the area clean and dry, and to decrease the chances that you will develop acne on the penis itself, try using a penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) with vitamin A, which helps to prevent pimples.

A pic may help some but you have to put up a disclaimer before the link so people are warned if its graphic..... it is probably nothing serious but its never a bad idea to get checked out by a doctor. Do you get a lot of acne elsewhere on your body?
