So i am 13 and weigh 190 to 210 pounds, i have a lot of muscle but still can tell i have an overwhelming amount of fat i have tried to diet and excersice but no results usually only like 5 pounds in a month but cant keep losing i instead gain and i hate it i wear joggers to hide the fact that my thighs rub together when i walk its really embarassing when i run "the mile" at school in 14+ minutes. I am 5'6, 13, Male. Need help quick bcs i basically weigh as much as my dad and i hate it im sick of it. Any tips plzz help.
" running" a mile in 14 minutes is just the same as walking the same distance smartly at the same time. I would advise you to get help from your doctor, he will put you on a special diet, it will be important for you to keep to that diet, exercise as well, it's no point in exercising OR dieting if you don't keep to the rules, best of luck, you must lose some weight, you are becoming dangerously obese.
