This "clear goeey thing", does it come out before you ejaculate? If so it is precum and it is NORMAL. It will also happen when you are with a girl or are sexually excited.
Use your masturbation sessions to learn control. Focus on the feelings you get as you approach orgasm and bring yourself to that point and STOP. Let the feelings subside, then bring yourself back to that point and STOP again. Do it as often as you can.
