I hear a pulse in my right ear and it is extremely problematic at bedtime.  The pulsating sound prevents me from sleeping.   In the morning, the ear is still pulsating but there is fluid in the ear.  I suffer with dry eyes and I put eye drops in the eye to lubricate them, could this be the source of the fluid and the pulsating in my ears?
