Hi I see some people asking about negative and positive pregnancy test after abortion well I had an abortion 3 weeks ago and last week my test was faint positive and today its negative. Every woman body is different I heard it may take up to 8 weeks to get a negative if u had a medical abortion. And up to 5 weeks if u had surgical depending on how far along u were I was 4-5weeks along when I did abortion hope this helps
