I live in a town with many SPIRITISTS, & I do not practice such lunacy.. So what does this mean?

So I was outside minding my own business and this woman who is a SPIRITIST suddenly passed by up wind of me. It seems there are a whole bunch of them in the area. So i only caught her out of the corner of my eye. I could care less. I have been Chemically Castrated due to medications I took to treat another illness. So women are just a waste of my TIME TOTALLY!!  So that woman passed upwind of me, and suddenly the top of my penis felt cold, almost like a dot of cold was there, and then it went away. She was jogging. So what the heck is that, and what does it infact mean??
