hi i am a 12 year old and my mum says i should lose some weight and i don't know how so can u please give me help ( and has to be at home area ) because i can't leave the house

Just try eating some healthy low-calorie foods. Coconut, lettuce, jicama, mahi mahi, dates and millet are all great foods to help weight loss.

Take care of your eating habbits, avoid oily foods drink lots of water and try doing some indoor workout
