There is like 4 dark brown spot on my right and left testicle and couple of them on my penis but it doesn't look like a bump and isn't bleeding nor does it have puss. Around it, it looks dried out and looks like you could peel it off...what is it?
It may have been a inner boil/pimple that surfaced. To get rid of them, i would recommend using acne creams and ointments, as well as moisturizers. Peeling it off may irritate underlying skin and cause slight infections.
