well the problem is that i want to gain my weight and acquire the normal physic(health).....i am too thin and lean.....though i am not lazy or slow at work.....yet i feel a little low at myself.....i need to gain some weight and put on some flesh. Plz help me......i take my meals on time.....yet they seem to have no affect on it......plz help me......
I would try nutritional supplements. You can get them from GNC, they should help you. Protein bars also put on weight.
