I am 47 and have been taking insulin for 8 years now,since i came out of hospital i seem to have lost a lot of weight,i am 58kg, and look terrible.I eat healthily but never seem to put on weight,my muscle tissue is all but gone, i have just been to doctors about my bones and joints and they said it was vitamin D defficiency,i asked doctor how to put on weight but she didnt seem to be bothered and told me to try "complan", from chemists, i really need more help as i can barely lift a shopping bag,and im very weak all over,and feel if i gain some weight this will give me some well needed strengtho.O
 Healthy Tips of reducing weight  
1. Drink lots of water instead of fizzy drinks
2. Eat lesser amounts of food
3. Avoid the intake of tea or coffee with sugar.
4. Take smaller portions of the food that you enjoy.
5. Avoid a second helping at dinner.
6 Take a glass of warm water with lemon juice early in the morning
dinner should be very light. no junk.. some excercise ..doning aerobic activity at-least for an hour..Yoga helps as well..
