I need to get something clear about a cut and..

Someone (a friend) was just joking but pitched me so hard on my finger it left a little cut. I have washed my hands after that, at the time I didn't think of anything but today after erm..masturbating I some semen got on the cut it was still open..am I okay will something mix with something? I think I might be getting paranoid..I just need to get this off my chest and not be worried.
