Losing weight not an easy task.
If you want to lose you have to work on it seriously. Number of ways are here by you can lose your weight
like swimming, cycling, running, walking and avoid the oily food. Simply do these things you will see changes by your self.

Im the exact same way! literally! I'm 13, weigh 110 lbs and 4'11.75". I wear a size 1 jeans though. All the fat on my body is on my stomach, i have really toned leg muscles from soccer, and my arms are in shape from push-ups. I eat tons of vegetables, and fruit and i excersize all the time. I eat a lot though but i fill myself up so i eat less meals and snacks in a day. How can I lose my belly fat?

Hey! I definately know how you feel! I am also your age and I used to think that I was overweight but I wasn't! You are not at a terrible weight, but if you are really unhappy I would advise instead of eating when you are bored, drink some water, it works! But, if you are looking for a snack, try eating some fruit or yogurt, which can be filling and is good for you. I exercise right when I get home from school, and I know that you don't have much time, but if you jog for ten minutes per night and do around 50 to 100 crunches (that's what I do), you will feel refreshed and ready to do homework. This will build up your ability to run non stop if you give it your all. I really hope that this helps!

just cut down on the sugary foods and get into training of running. Run quarter of a mile first. Then run it again until you feel comfortable. Then increase the distance you go.

Hey i had the same problem last year. I had to lose 30 pounds for football.My coach told me to drink 4 Gallons of water a day! I lost 50 Pounds. Hope this helps you.

You have to find the one thing that makes you clench your teeth and push forth. We all have that one thing that will drive you. Find it; find someone that you admire that you think of. It need not be someone that is around it could be someone that lived hundreds (even thousands) of years ago. If you are healthy than there is no reason not to physically be active you will need to learn TIME MANAGEMENT. To be honest at first I did not believe in Time Management and than someone I trusted (with my life) told me how well it worked for her. Do it; learn to manage every minute of your life until it becames a rutine and you get a better grip on it. You have curage (it takes curage to write about it) now the only thing missing is real motivation and the know how! By the way for me my hero was Alexander the Great!
