Last night I noticed that there were two small dots of blood inside my upper lip, I didn't think anything of it at the time. This morning when I checked it again, it had spread. Now instead of two small dots it has turned into a big circle of blood. It doesn't hurt, and its not lumpy like a blood blister would be. Any help??
