It could be you are getting close to being able to ejaculate or maybe you were about to this time and you stopped just a before you were going to.
Do you get any pre-cum during masturbation a bit of clear sticky stuff?
When you do ejaculate it will come out on its own forced out kind of thing it can shoot out a bit or some guys just have it ooze out.
It most likely will be clear and there may only be a few drops of it sometimes it can be mistaken for needing to pee but when it happens you will know that you have had your first ejaculation.
