Hello there,
Yesterday, I bought Petite advantage diet book for short women. I finished reading the book right now, and I must say – it sounds great! I am so thrilled! It has a lot of amazing ideas, recipes and the research!
Jim Karas sets his meal plan that is really amazing. The only problem is that he does not have list of food that we should eat and avoid. He discusses about fruits and vegetables, saying to us how these groceries are actually good and why we need to eat it every day. In his book, he suggested eating certain groceries that are really expensive.
To sum up, it is a great book and is worth buying.

Hello there,
first I need to ask you – how tall are you? You know that this diet is only for petite women 5'4'' and under, but not for taller women, taller than 5'4''?
If you are taller, then you should give up and find some other diets to follow. This book is really great, you can find some amazing tips and rules there.
Healthy life is expensive, and you should also know that. Many groceries from this book you will not find at the supermarkets, but there are always these health shops where you can buy it.
But first you need to know that tall people should not follow this diet.
Good luck!

Hi there,
the author of this book has over 20 years of the experience. I believe that he knows a lot of things about losing weight and exercise program.
But some people say that this is a bad diet, I am not sure why. I read somewhere that he told that short women need to eat only 1.100 calories a day, and to exercise every day. If that is true that is not good because you need to eat at least 1.300 calories a day.
Some people say that he should stick to things that he is good at – exercising and fitness.
Is this true? Any experience with this?
Take care!
