i wish i had better advice but what i do know is that i am trying to get off lortabs and thought i should try suboxone to get thru the withdraws of lortab. i wouldnt use the perc cuz those are very addicting i know from experience. try to just stop, cold turkey. thats what i've done, but i am only on day 1. i got alot of over the counter meds to help with some of the withdraws and pains also vitamins for energy. too soon for me to tell if all this will help, wanting to not have to use suboxone, but am relieved to know there is something out there to help me with withdraws.... how would i go about asking the doctor for a prescriptipn for it? just ask? how did you get yours?

all i can say is DONT GET ON SUBOXONE!!!its been total BS ever since ive been on it. i dont know if the doctors who prescibe it are making that much money off of it that they dont what you to stop the suboxone, but im telling you, please dont do it. and i dont even know you and im telling you, you dont want to! but, if your withdrawlers are too much to handle, look suboxone on the internet, like in your area, and im pretty sure you'll find a place. if i had to give you one advice if you do go on it, just go on it a couple of days, and once the withdrawls are over...STOP!!!I hope you find my advice good ;-)
