I shaved down there and a few days later it started to get red, itchy and sore

Hi I'm 17 and I've been with my boyfriend for 14 months and never had this problem, and this is why I'm so worried. I shaved down there and a few days later it started to get red, itchy and sore. I ignored it because it's a little normal to me but then a yukky odour started to come and my vagina became very dry and flakey and also a white substance inside. I'm scared I could have an std because this has never happened to me before. I know for a fact my current boyfriend has not got any stds.
