ok i have smoked about only 3 times in my life
i went to the movies a month ago and got blazed out of my mind then this weekend i smoked before a movie on friday didnt get high soo i smoked again after and got high then saturday night i was very paranoid and was having high anxeity soo when i smoked with my friend i was kinda freaked and barely got high and was only relaxed but now on sunday im having trouble focusing and i am having anxeity attacks but its scaring me... i am also reconsidering smoking again tomorrow.. this probably isnt the best thing but should i or not and what is going on... i almost am still high i want to say please respond ...
You need to stop reflecting the thoughts you get while on cannabis on your real life. That way you won't get anxiety and panic in real life.

If smoking bothers you too much, don't smoke because it could lead to chronic anxiety. Don't smoke if it doesn't feel good.
