I DONT REALLY SEE IT AS A PROBLEM BEFORE BUT AFTER I GOT MARRIED IT BECOME CONSTANT AFTER THE FIRST ROUND OF SEX I GOT ERECTED BACK AFTER SOME MINUTE BUT WITH OUT EJACULATING. I DONT REALLY FEEL ANY PAIN DURING SEX BUT MAY GO ALL THE NIGHT WITH OUT EJACULATING, BUT WHEN SE START SEX FOR ANOTHER DAY I EJACULATE ONLY AGAIN FOR THE FIRST AROUND.
THIS PROBLEM HAVE MAKE LOSE FEELING FOR SEX BECAUSE IT HAVE BEING AFFECTING MY MARRIAGE NOW.
PLS I NEED QUICK RESPONSE AND ADVICE ON THIS. KINDLY TELL ME IF IT A DISEASE .

Honestly, I am not sure what you are describing would be considered a problem by many. As you get older you lose some stamina. Where you could go several times a night then, it gets difficult and takes longer and longer to reach orgasm as you age. It is normal to have reduced sensitivity after an orgasm, and just as with ejaculating, it takes longer and longer to get it fully back. Honestly, you are doing much better than most men in the ability to keep going. Most would lose interest sooner than that whether they are orgasming or not.
Have you discussed this with your doctor? Is the problem threatening your marriage because of how you feel about it or is your spouse and/or partners concerned? Is it that you are alarmed your sex performance and/or frequency are slowing down? That's the feeling I am getting from your description.
It doesn't sound like a disease to me. But it would be a good idea to discuss it with your doctor. Hormonal changes could cause this for a number of reasons. For example, my pituitary gland stopped working and now I have to take hormone replacements. A check up is definitely a good idea to see if something like this is happening.
