Hi I'm a seventeen year old female, I suffer from scoliosis and found out about last year sometime. At my last check up my curve was 16 degrees which is mild they said. I have since not been able to go back because it is really expensive to get the xrays done, but my back hurts really bad and the 'hump' seems to have worsened! I'm not sure what to do? I try to practise the best posture I can! Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks (:

hey i also have scoliosis and lordosis and I'm only 13 and I don't know what degree!!!! :-|  Im sorry if this doesn't help but a doctor once visited and said that I should do exercises to strengthen my muscles. there easy just lay flat on your belly and strengthen your butt muscle by keeping your knees off the floor similar to a push up kind of and stick your hands out pushing them up and down. another one i remember in the same position is that u stick your hands close to tour sides like chicken wings and the same push them up and down. Hope this helps
