I think I might have a tumor, I have been getting pains when I run and there is a lump

I have been getting pains when I run on my right side in my stomach and it is right beside my hip bone and there too is a lump that is about two inches long and can feel it most of the time when I lay down and this does not happen on the other side. What could it be??????
