You just need to wash them really well. The reason for the burning and itching is bc the cum drys really fast. When my husbadn and I have intercourse and he cums inside of me I have to wash down there soon afterwards bc of the itching. Some peoples skin can take it and others are sensitive to it. You mention you shave, do you have any razor bumps? That could be one of the reasons, bumps or open wounds will burn increasingly with new liquids approaching them. I hope this helps :-D
