I used to cut myselff, i havent done it for like six weeks but i am getting a reall earge to cut. I had cut for a long time

Cutting yourself over harsh things said to you or anything in your life occurring is not the key. i would suggest getting into a different habit that doesnt involve damaging yourself. first you should consider asking for help or talking about why your cutting yourself. second getting rid of a horrible habit like this does take awhile. i would take inspiring things and think about them as often to pull yourself through. here is a habit that you can do instead its not the best but its better then cutting. you should take a rubber band put on your wrist and just pull it up and gently smack it on your skin whenever you have the urge to cut yourself. MY BEST ADVICE IS TO GET HELP.
